What are your hours?
We are open Monday through Saturday 7:30am to 5:30pm. Our trucks are available Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Do you charge a fee to deliver material?
There is a charge for delivery, depending on what area of San Antonio or the surrounding city it would be delivered to. Please have the address ready and call for a delivery quote. For pictures and descriptions of our trucks, please click here.

How do I pay for a delivery?
The drivers can accept cash or check upon delivery, or if you would like to come into our office PRIOR to your delivery, you may pay with a credit card.

How far in advance do I need to schedule a delivery?
During our busy season, which begins around February and lasts through August, we may need up to one week's notice to book your delivery. In the winter time, we ask that our customers give us at least three days notice to ensure delivery at a convenient time. Times for booking will vary, so call us to get a firm delivery date and time.

Will you be able to deliver to the exact location I specify?
Final decisions regarding delivery are solely up to the Keller Material driver, who will base this decision on safety to people and property.

Can you refer me to contractors who will install the materials I purchase?
Keller Material, Inc. gladly gives referrals of qualified contractors which we have had personal experience with upon request based on the specifications for your particular project. It is our policy to provide several names and contact information for each request and to refer only contractors who have a proven reputation for professional integrity and quality work. Please note that we do not receive fees for providing referrals, nor do we guarantee the work of any contractor we provide referrals for. Please protect yourself by asking for references and applicable licenses and insurance before hiring the contractor.
